Atlanta Flacons running back Steven Jackson (hamstring) did not practice with the team all week and will not play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 7. In just two appearances this year, Jackson has 77 yards rushing on 14 carries.
Steven Jackson injury update: Flacons RB still not practicing, set to ride fantasy benches
The Falcons running back hasn’t practiced since suffering his injury in Week 2. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: 2013 has turned out to be a lost season for the Atlanta Falcons, and a large part of that can be attributed to injuries. Jackson only carried the ball three times in his second game as a member of the Falcons, which also happened to be his first career game against his former team, the St. Louis Rams.
What was originally diagnosed as a two-to-four-week injury is now going on its fifth week, which is bad news for Jackson’s fantasy owners. It’s especially shocking given the news that he’s not even practicing.
That said, Jackson has a history of being able to play through injuries. He's hurt his hamstring before and had problems with his quad muscles but persevered to play in the past. In his absence, Jacquizz Rodgers and Jason Snelling will be in the lineup to carry the load against a Buccaneers defense that has allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to running backs this year.
