Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo had his second-worst fantasy outing of the season Sunday, held to 12 fantasy points in the team's 17-3 win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Romo threw for 317 yards on 28-of-47 passing, but had only one touchdown to go with two interceptions, his first multiple-interception outing of the season.
Tony Romo has a surprisingly quiet fantasy day for Cowboys
The Dallas quarterback didn’t do as much as expected in a game that ended up a low-scoring affair. We break down the fantasy implications.

Romo's lone touchdown pass came on a 9-yard toss to Terrance Williams in the fourth quarter. The game, which was expected to be a high-scoring affair, was scoreless until late in the first half and barely got to 20 points overall.
The real Romo probably lies somewhere between his top-three quarterback performance earlier and his barely-a-starter performance lately. He’s still a fine fantasy starter, but not the top-quality guarantee he looked like.
