Jackson’s yards and fantasy point totals were season lows, with his three receptions one more than his season worst. With 85 total fantasy points, Jackson had entered Week 7 as fantasy’s top receiver.
Fantasy impact: Nothing about Sunday’s Eagles-Cowboys game was predictable, and that includes Jackson’s woeful performance. With the Eagles held completely out of the end zone Sunday, no one on the team could manage any fantasy value.
The team's starting quarterback (at least for the last three games), Nick Foles, left Sunday's game with a head injury, and backup Matt Barkley was a disaster in his stead. With original starter Michael Vick recovering from a hamstring injury and the severity of Foles' injury not yet known, the identity of the man throwing passes to Jackson going forward is a big question mark. In that offensive scheme, though, it likely won't matter, and Jackson's value should remain high.
