The tight end topped 100 yards in his first action of the season. We break down the fantasy implications.

With quarterback Tom Brady having struggled all season to click with his new crop of receivers, he and Gronkowski fell right back into old habits, and the tight end was targeted 17 times in the game, ten more than any other receiver. His total of 114 receiving yards is the fourth-most Gronkowski has collected in a single game during his career.
Fantasy impact: Touchdowns (or lack thereof) aside, this was as much production out of Gronkowski as his fantasy owners could have reasonably expected from the tight end’s season debut. While it would have been nice to seem him find the end zone, no one can legitimately complain about 114 yards out of any tight end.
Assuming nothing comes out between now and the Patriots’ next game, Gronkowski should slot right back in as one of fantasy’s top two tight ends for the rest of the season.
