New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady saw his streak of 52 consecutive games with a touchdown pass end in Week 5 against the Bengals. He saw his streak of one consecutive game with a touchdown pass end Sunday in New England's 30-27 overtime loss to the New York Jets.
Tom Brady held without a touchdown pass again; fantasy owners mourn
The Patriots quarterback hasn’t had a huge game in a while. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brady through for 228 yards on 22-for-46 passing Sunday, with no touchdowns and one interception. His yards-per-attempt average of 4.96 was his second-lowest of the season, as was his passer rating. His 47.8 completion percentage was a season low, and his one interception was returned for a 23-yard touchdown by Antonio Allen.
Fantasy impact: Brady immediately gelled with returning tight end Rob Gronkowski, as the two connected for 114 yards, exactly half of Brady's game total. No other Patriots receiver had more than 44 yards in the game.
Brady also fumbled twice in the game, though neither fumble was lost. It’s been a really rough run for Brady, as only a last-second touchdown pass last week has kept him from three straight games without a touchdown pass. It’s still Tom Brady, so it’s hard to recommend going with anyone else, but there has to be much less confidence in him going forward.
