Houston Texans running back Arian Foster has a "mild" hamstring pull, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. Foster apparently aggravated a previous hamstring injury in Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. The injury happened in the first quarter, and after heading to the locker room for evaluation, returned to the field changed out of his uniform.
Arian Foster has ‘mild’ hamstring pull, fantasy owners on standby
Houston Texans running back Arian Foster has a “mild” hamstring pull. We break down the fantasy implications.

Foster had four carries for 11 yards before exiting the game. Ben Tate took over, and had 15 carries for 50 yards. Foster had previously appeared on the injury report with a hamstring issue. According to Rapoport, it's unclear if he will miss time, or how much he'll need to miss.
A clearer picture of Foster’s injury situation will come on Wednesday and Thursday, when the team releases practice participation reports. It’s very likely he’s on the injury report Friday regardless of what he does either day, though.
Fantasy Impact: Foster has been decent through seven games this season. He has 121 carries for 542 yards, good for 4.5 yards per carry on average. His biggest issue thus far has been a lack of touchdowns, as he’s only managed one on the season. Still, he’s the top running back for many fantasy owners and losing him for any amount of time would be a big deal. Fortunately, we’ve been advising since the beginning that Tate is one of the best handcuffs in the league. So if you’ve been paying attention, you’ve got him to fall back on.
