Minnesota Vikings quarterback Josh Freeman had a performance to forget on Monday Night Football in the Week 7 loss to the New York Giants. Freeman was 20 of 53 for 190 yards and an interception in his first start for the Vikings. Freeman didn't have a lot of time to acclimate to the offense, and the play calling didn't help, but the performance was bad. His passes sailed and he was off target and under pressure for much of the night.
Josh Freeman turns in horrid fantasy performance on Monday Night Football
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Josh Freeman had a horrid performance on Monday Night Football throwing for 190 yards and an interception in the Week 7 loss to the New York Giants. We bring you the fantasy implications here.

Fantasy impact: Freeman should improve and hopefully the Vikings will do a better job of putting their new quarterback in situations to win. The Vikings coaching staff seems committed to Freeman, but you have to think the quarterback competition is still open. He should get another opportunity when the Vikings host the Green Bay Packers at home in Week 8, but he isn’t a viable fantasy option right now.
