San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore (ankle) was limited in practice on Wednesday, according to a report by 49ers beat writer Cam Inman. Gore has not missed a single game this season due to injury.
Frank Gore limited in practice, still a fantasy starter
The 49ers running back did not practice Wednesday ahead of the team’s trip to London. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: There is practically no doubt that Gore sitting out practice on Wednesday is just a precautionary day off. He is fully expected to play against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
With the Jaguars being the worst team in the NFL right now, and the only winless team left, fantasy owners would be crazy not to start Gore in the backfield.
In general, it’s good to see that Gore has not missed a game this year since he’s had injury troubles for most of his career, and he is usually guaranteed to miss at least one or two games over the course of a season.
The 49ers had a rocky start as a team, but lately it seems that all systems are go and everybody’s playing the way they should be. Nobody is a real threat to take playing time from Gore in the backfield, and he should be a top-10 fantasy producer this week. Start him accordingly.
