Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick (hamstring) practiced with the team, taking most of the reps on Wednesday, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer's Jeff McLane. Teammate Nick Foles (concussion) did not practice, meaning Vick will likely start in the team's Week 8 game against the New York Giants.
Michael Vick practices Wednesday, Nick Foles does not, fantasy owners must adjust
It looks like the Eagles’ quarterbacks will be trading places in Week 8. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Foles did an admirable job filling in for Vick over the last three games. He won two of those games and threw five touchdown passes without an interception.
That said, in the team's Week 7 game against the Dallas Cowboys, Foles threw for just 80 yards and completed less than 38 percent of his passes in a losing effort. Due to the uncertainty with concussions and the fact that Vick has a running ability that Foles just doesn't possess, it's conceivable that Vick will continue to be the team's starter going forward, regardless of Foles' ability to recover.
