Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is probable for Sunday's Week 8 game against the Dallas Cowboys. Johnson is dealing with a knee injury that kept him out of a Week 5 game against the Green Bay Packers. The Lions offense was extremely bad in that one, so getting Johnson back the next week was huge.
Calvin Johnson injury: Lions WR probable, is a must-start in fantasy as usual
Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is probable for Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Johnson didn't have a great game the next week, but he drew plenty of coverage. He is a guy that has to be double-covered on every single play. Johnson did look good in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals, catching nine passes for 155 yards and two touchdowns.
In other words, Johnson is fine. He missed practice on Wednesday, but that easily could have been a veteran rest day at this point. He will play unless some unrelated injury occurs between now and kickoff.
Fantasy Impact: Johnson doesn’t have the most yards in the league right now, but he’s picking up steam. Once he’s 100 percent healthy, he’ll be back to his usual production. Fantasy owners should start him every single week. and Week 8 against the Cowboys is no exception. Start him, start him, start him.
