Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is listed as probable to face the Giants on Sunday after sitting out two weeks with a hamstring injury. He put in a full week of practice and will start the game. Nick Foles will not play after suffering a concussion last week. He should be cleared for Week 9.
Michael Vick injury update: Fantasy value back on the rise with Nick Foles out
Michael Vick is back in the saddle against the Giants. We break down the fantasy implications.

After a nice start to Vick’s season, he’s really cooled off. In the last three games he’s played, Vick has just one score.
Things get better for him, though. The Giants have one of the worst secondaries in the NFL and teams have been carving them up all season. Cam Newton, a player with a similar skill set to Vick’s, went off as the Panthers thumped the Giants earlier this season to the tune of 38-0.
Fantasy impact: While the fear of him aggravating that hamstring can cause some trepidation, Vick’s matchup is a tasty one. He should be able to get his season back on track as long as he doesn’t get hurt in this game. He’s at home and should be considered as a low-end QB1 this week. Nick Foles can be cut in most formats.
