New York Jets TE Jeff Cumberland is listed as probable for Thursday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. He was out of practice on Wednesday, then limited for the rest of the week. His hamstring had him listed as out of practice on Thursday before eventually coming into action, so he's a little more limited than usual.
Jeff Cumberland injury update: Tight end’s value is risky in fantasy with injury
Jeff Cumberland is coming on, but he’s hurt. We break down the fantasy implications.

His stat line isn't very impressive with just 41 yards last week, but he was targeted seven times. The targets are trending up for Cumberland now that Kellen Winslow is suspended for PEDs. His targets have increased in each of his last three games.
The Bengals have a phenomenal front four and are likely going to put some pressure on quarterback Geno Smith. With Chris Ivory in the backfield and not exactly an adept pass-catcher, Cumberland could be a nice safety valve.
Fantasy impact: Obviously, we’re talking deep leagues here, but there are worse options out there. The Jets offense is improving, so there should be more fantasy points to go around. Cumberland is an option for desperate owners in deeper leagues.
