Though the New England Patriots took a tough loss on Sunday to the New York Jets, they were able to get tight end Rob Gronkowski back, and that could be troublesome for the Miami Dolphins. Miami's offense has been reeling and the NFL might just be starting to figure out Ryan Tannehhill.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 8: Dolphins vs. Patriots
Tom Brady gets Rob Gronkowski after a full week of medical clearance and the Dolphins are cooling on offense. We look at some of the hard and easy decisions for fantasy owners on Sunday.

Miami Dolphins
Start: Mike Wallace
Wallace is very inconsistent and will be a risky guy to use in a probable matchup against Aqib Talib. The Dolphins’ ground game has fallen apart, so Wallace should get plenty of targets.
Deep starts: Ryan Tannehill, Lamar Miller, Brian Hartline, Charles Clay
This could be Miler's breakout game. The Patriots look very different on defense with Jerod Mayo out of the lineup. Miller has been splitting carries with Daniel Thomas, but it makes sense for Miami to use a big-play guy like Miller. Tannehill and Hartline could be hooking up a lot with Talib on Wallace.
Sits: Daniel Thomas
He could get some goal-line work, but the snaps aren’t going to be there overall.
New England Patriots
Start: Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Stevan Ridley
Gronkowski was targeted 17 times in his first game back and will be Tom Brady's favorite target. Also, the Dolphins have nobody to cover him. He is officially back to must-start status. As for Brady, the Jets held him in check last week, but their D is a little bit above average. He serves as a strong QB1 in what could be his best game of the season. Ridley should be able to get his ground game going now that he's out of the doghouse.
Deep starts: Danny Amendola, Brandon Bolden, LeGarrette Blount
Amendola has upside, but the fear of an injury aggravation should scare off owners in shallower formats. If you want to swing for the fences in a PPR league, Amendola is a possible guy to use. The Pats should have success in scoring, so there are plenty of guys that could go off on Sunday. Bolden is a decent PPR guy and Blount may sneak in a goal-line carry or two.
Sits: Julian Edelman, Aaron Dobson, Kenbrell Thompkins
With Amendola back, Edelman’s snaps are going to take a sizable hit. He doesn’t do anything down the field, so there won’t be a big play in his future anytime soon. The Dolphins have some solid corners, so the WRs on the outside don’t have a lot of promise.
