Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning has two sprained ankles, including a high right ankle sprain, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
Peyton Manning has 2 sprained ankles, will start on Sunday for Broncos and fantasy owners
It was revealed that the Broncos’ signal caller sustained two sprained ankles versus the Colts in Week 7’s shootout. We break down the fantasy implications.

Manning will still play on Sunday versus the Redskins, and will be given a dose of pain killers to play through his ailments.
His injuries resulted from a Robert Mathis sack that noticeably affected Manning's play after the fact. Afterward, Manning displayed a visible lack of arm strength, often throwing wobbly passes and ones with decreased velocity. Manning still finished the game with 389 yards, three touchdowns and an interception, and led a late-game surge to get the Broncos back within striking distance despite ultimately losing.
Fantasy Spin: Even if Manning is not at 100 percent, the Washington Redskins defense has not posed much of a threat to opposing offenses all season. Josh McCown and the Bears put up 24 second-half points versus them in Week 7, and the team has allowed opposing quarterbacks to have a rating of 102.0.
Furthermore, with starting safeties Brandon Meriweather and Reed Doughty out of action on Sunday, the Redskins won't be playing with a full deck either. As long as Manning is on the field, he should be started in all fantasy leagues this week, but his injury status should be closely monitored for future fantasy implications.
