Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Marvin Jones is amid his coming-out party versus the New York Jets.
Marvin Jones explodes for 116 yards and 3 touchdowns in first half for fantasy owners
The Bengals’ second-year receiver has abused the Jets secondary by recording three touchdowns in the first half. We break down the fantasy implications.

At halftime, the second-year receiver out of California has six catches for 116 yards and three touchdowns versus what is usually a stout Jets defense. With extra attention being paid to A.J. Green, it is Jones who is capitalizing by asserting himself in the red zone as well as everywhere else on the field. Jones has touchdown grabs of 6, 9 and 14 yards with still one half of football left to play.
Fantasy Spin: It looks like we all know who the hottest waiver wire commodity will be for Week 9. Jones is owned in just 17 percent of Yahoo! leagues, and has emerged as a much-needed secondary outlet for Andy Dalton as Green draws the attention of defensive coordinators.
Jones now has six touchdowns on the season, and five have come in his last three games. He is well worth a roster add and warrants WR3 consideration for Thursday night's game versus the Dolphins.
