Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson was held in check Sunday by the opposing New York Giants. He was held without a score for the second straight game as the Eagles lost to the Giants 15-7.
DeSean Jackson has quiet game for Eagles, fantasy owners
The Eagles’ top wide receiver couldn’t break free Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jackson caught eight passes Sunday, but only managed 63 yards. The eight passes matched a career high, but his 7.9 yards per reception was the lowest average Jackson has ever had with more than five catches in a game. His longest catch of the day was only 13 yards.
Fantasy impact: The entire Philadelphia offense has struggled simultaneously with the team's quarterbacks. The team entered Week 7 fourth in the NFL in points, but have been held to 10 points -- and no offensive touchdowns -- in the two weeks since, while quarterbacks Nick Foles and Michael Vick have been both injured and ineffective, and third-stringer Matt Barkley has just been bad.
Jackson can’t be considered higher than a flex play as long as the quarterback mess is going on with Philadelphia.
