Denver Broncos tight end Julius Thomas caught three passes for 29 yards in Denver's Week 8 win over the Washington Redskins. Thomas left early in the third quarter with an ankle injury and did not return. The injury didn't look to be serious but he was having a quiet night. Of course, he went down right before Peyton Manning went on a tear leading the Broncos into four scoring drives starting late in the third quarter. Manning would find tight end Joel Dreessen for a one yard touchdown pass to start the fourth quarter.
