Buffalo Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel is going to "ramp up" his rehab this week, according to head coach Doug Marrone. The team's official Twitter account said that Manuel "has done increasing cardio and strength work to aid recovery."
E.J. Manuel to ‘ramp up’ rehab, still out multiple weeks for fantasy owners
Buffalo Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel will “ramp up” his rehab soon. We break down the fantasy implications.

Manuel is dealing with a knee injury, and while this is definitely good news, he’s still going to miss significantly more time. He was given a diagnosis of missing 4-6 weeks prior to the team’s Week 7 matchup, which won’t put him back until Week 11 at the earliest, but likely until Week 13 or later.
Thad Lewis hasn’t been all that bad in relief of Manuel, completing 62 of 103 passes for 652 yards and three touchdowns, with two interceptions. Manuel has 985 yards, five touchdowns and three interceptions on the season. Manuel has been out since Week 5 with the injury.
Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners saw some promising things from Manuel early on, but he wasn’t exactly lighting up the scoreboard. Now, many of those in redraft leagues have moved on, and for good reason. He should still be held on to for keeper leagues, but he doesn’t project to do much down the stretch this season, even when he does return.
