Darren McFadden, Marcel Reece still banged up; fantasy value murky
The Raiders’ top two running backs were injured in Sunday’s game, and neither appears fully back to health. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Oakland Raiders' running back situation remained confusing after Wednesday's practice reports. Starter Darren McFadden didn't practice, while No. 1 backup Marcel Reece was limited, according to a report by the Contra Costa Times.
Both running backs were hurt in the team's 24-14 loss to the Washington Redskins Sunday (McFadden with a hamstring strain, Reece with a knee). McFadden was held to five rushes for 29 yards, and Reece got one catch and no rushes. In their absence, Rashad Jennings filled in, rushing 14 times for 45 yards and adding eight catches for 71 yards.
Fantasy impact: It will be exceptionally hard to use any Raiders running back this weekend. With their game moved to 11:35 p.m. ET to accommodate baseball, and the possibility that any or all of the three could play or miss the game, any fantasy owner that uses any of these guys can only really do so if there is no other option.
If clarity were to come before Sunday’s games, and any one running back were to be the main guy this weekend, then that guy might be usable, but, unless it’s Jennings (meaning the other two are ruled out altogether), it’s hard to imagine we’ll know enough early enough to make it actionable.
