Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson was limited in practice on Thursday, according to the Houston Chronicle's John McClain.
Andre Johnson limited in Thursday’s practice, should still be a go for fantasy owners
The Texans have limited the reps of their top wide receiver in practice one again, but show no signs of holding him out of Week 5’s matchup. We break down the fantasy implications.

Johnson has been battling a shin injury sustained in Week 3 versus the Baltimore Ravens, when he took a helmet to his leg late in the game, but it has not hampered him since. Johnson was also limited in preparations for the team's matchup versus the Seahawks in Week 4, but played in 83 of 91 snaps on game day and led the Texans in receiving.
Fantasy Spin: There is no reason to indicate that Johnson is in any real danger of missing Sunday's game versus the 49ers, and a limited practice should not shy fantasy owners away from penning him into their WR1 slots. Johnson is not a wide receiver who is dependent on practice reps in order to dominate on Sundays, as evidenced by his 110-yard game versus one of the most unforgiving secondaries in Week 4. Though his matchup is not the most favorable on paper, Johnson's situation adheres to the age-old "start your studs" mantra.
