Miami Dolphins wide receiver Brian Hartline had his first 1,000-yard season in 2012. Through seven games of 2013, he's on pace for 1,001 yards, though he only has one game with more than 70 yards, and that one came in Week 1. On Thursday night, he hopes to have another big game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 9: Brian Hartline on Thursday Night Football
The Miami wide receiver’s lone hundred-yard game of the season came in the opener, with his numbers tailing off slightly since. Can he get back on the right track Thursday night? We break down the fantasy implications.

Hartline opened his season with a nine-catch, 114-yard, one-touchdown outing against the Cleveland Browns. He hauled in a second touchdown in Week 3 against the Atlanta Falcons, but has been held without a score since and is averaging only 54 yards a game not counting that Week 1 game.
Fantasy impact: Hartline's work fell off a bit as No. 3 wide receiver Brandon Gibson saw more attention in the offense in recent weeks. However, Gibson was lost for the year to a knee injury last week. Hartline, who was a preseason afterthought in that offense, started to look more promising after his big Week 1 game, but has since looked like the barely startable wide receiver he was in the preseason.
With six teams on a bye in Week 9, Hartline is a starting option, but only for those desperate, He always has that big-game potential, but he can hardly be counted on for more than three to five fantasy points in a matchup.
