Darren McFadden injury update: Raiders RB doubtful, Rashad Jennings the fantasy back of choice
Darren McFadden is listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game against the San Diego Chargers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Head coach Dennis Allen did say that McFadden wouldn’t need to practice in order to play on Sunday, but it seems unlikely that he will be ready to go. If he does play, he should not be expected to get his usual number of touches.
McFadden is considered injury-prone among fantasy owners. It wouldn't make sense for him to come back early, especially with a hamstring injury. Getting him back for one game is not worth the risk of losing him for much more. Rashad Jennings will likely get the start in his place.
Fantasy Impact: Jennings will start, and given that he had 71 receiving yards and 45 rushing yards in relief of McFadden when he went down with the injury, the coaches are probably OK with starting him. McFadden is not a smart start for your fantasy teams this week. Jennings however, is a solid starting option at home against the Chargers.
