EDITOR’S NOTE: Calvin Johnson is OUT. He is INACTIVE
Calvin Johnson injury update: Lions WR questionable, OUT
Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson seems likely to play despite his questionable status. We break down the fantasy implications.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is questionable for the team's Week 5 matchup against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. Johnson is dealing with a knee injury sustained against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4.
Johnson did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday, alarming fans and fantasy owners alike. However, Johnson did return to practice in a limited fashion on Friday. Of course, Johnson doesn’t need to practice at all to be prepared to play, given that he’s a veteran and one of the best receivers in the NFL.
The situation is particularly concerning given that Nate Burleson, the No. 2 receiver, is out with a broken forearm. Matthew Stafford will need Johnson to be able to compete with Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay receivers.
Fantasy Impact: Johnson is questionable, but at the same time, there’s a decided lack of panic around the Lions at this point. It was possibly the plan all along to have him sit out two games, get in some light work in practice and be ready to go by Sunday. We’re going to say start him, unless any news comes out early enough for fantasy owners to believe that to be a bad idea. He’s a must-start in any situation where he’ll be playing.
