Miles Austin injury update: Cowboys WR doubtful, should be benched in fantasy
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin is doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos. We break down the fantasy implications.

Of course, Austin doesn’t need that much practice time, if any, to be ready. He knows the offense, is a veteran and has a rapport with quarterback Tony Romo. Still, it doesn’t seem very likely that he’ll be ready to go this soon.
Dez Bryant remains the No. 1 receiver, so it's not a total loss for the Cowboys. Still, Austin was expected to make a big comeback this year and bounce back from a mediocre 2012 season.
Fantasy Impact: Austin was considered a sleeper this season, a guy who could take on a bigger role when Bryant draws all of the primary coverage. Fantasy owners have to be disappointed by his injury. They should absolutely not start him this week, since there are no credible reports suggesting he has a chance of actually playing.
