Mark Ingram (toe) will not play against the Bears on Sunday. He did not practice all week and could miss more time. He hasn't played since Week 2 and he doesn't have a timetable to return.
Mark Ingram injury update: Fantasy value still floundering
Mark Ingram’s toe isn’t getting much better. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Heisman winner has been a disaster in just about every aspect. He has a paltry 1.8 yards-per-carry average, can’t stay healthy and doesn’t have any contributions in the passing game.
The Saints haven't missed him at all. Darren Sproles has become one of the better offensive weapons in the league and Pierre Thomas has also become a nice well-rounded back.
Fantasy impact: There’s little reason to hold Ingram. His upside is never going to be high because he’s on a pass-first offense. He’ll be in a timeshare with Pierre Thomas for the early-down work and his production just isn’t there. As for the other backs, Sproles is a must-start play in PPR and Pierre Thomas is a decent flex play in most formats. There could be a lot of points in this game and the Saints have a good shot for 30 points or more.
