Fantasy football projections: Seahawks vs. Colts featuring Andrew Luck, Trent Richardson and Marshawn Lynch

We break down the Week 5 matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the Indianapolis Colts.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

This week's game between the Seattle Seahawks and the Indianapolis Colts features two teams both coming off of wins in Week 4. We've got all fantasy projections for you courtesy of numberFire.

Seattle Seahawks

Marshawn Lynch and the Seattle Seahawks put together an incredible comeback against the Houston Texans last week. Quarterback Russell Wilson hasn't exactly recaptured the magic made him one of the surprises of the year last season, but that hasn't stopped Lynch. The running back affectionately known as "Beast Mode" ran for his third touchdown of the season and finished the game with 143 total yards.

Whatever happens to the Seahawks in Indianapolis, there is no doubt their ability to win will depend largely on the performance of their defense. That said, Wilson will have to look to the likes of Sidney Rice in the receiving game from time to time. After it looked like Rice had a slump-busting performance in Week 3 against the Jaguars, he managed just one catch against the Texans and has not materialized into the type of number one receiver that the Seahawks hoped they were getting when they acquired him from the Minnesota Vikings three years ago.

Indianapolis Colts

After being one of the league leaders in pass attempts in his rookie season, quarterback Andrew Luck has given way to a more conservative Colts offense. It's become quite clear that coach Chuck Pagano is content with implementing a run first philosophy and it shows in Luck's statistics. After attempting a staggering 627 passes last season, Luck is on pace to throw the ball just 508 times this year.

One reason for that lower number is the acquisition of running back Trent Richardson, who joined the club just two weeks ago from the Cleveland Browns. Richardson has managed to find the end zone in each of his first two games with the Colts and is averaging 15 carries per game with his new team thus far. With teammate Ahmad Bradshaw (neck) out this week, Richardson will draw the responsibility of trying to run through the Seahawks' staunch defense.
