Hartline, who entered the game leading the team in catches, yards and receiving touchdowns, also exited with that lead despite a quiet game. Hartline was held to just 40 yards and three catches on seven targets, as Mike Wallace was clearly the featured receiver in the Dolphins' game plan, and the bulk of Hartline's productivity resulted from two catches made in the team's two-minute drill offense before halftime.
Fantasy Spin: It feels like it's been forever since Hartline's 114-yard performance in the Dolphins' season opener, and there has been little to suggest that a big performance like that could be anticipated going forward. Despite being Tannehill's favorite target thus far, Hartline is not an elite receiver who could make-do on an average amount of targets. He needs volume, and though he is a reliable possession receiver, big things can't be expected from him unless circumstances are similar to the team's Week 1 win over the Browns where he drew 15 targets. Hartline remains a steady, but unspectacular WR3/flex option in PPR leagues.
