St. Louis Rams rookie wide receiver Tavon Austin had another mediocre fantasy game in the Week 5 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Austin was targeted only six times in the game as the Rams continue to struggle to get the talented offensive weapon involved. Austin isn't even being looked at in the ground game right now. Austin Pettis caught four passes for 49 yards and two touchdowns while Chris Givens was relatively quiet with two catches for 16 yards. Givens did get the majority of the targets with seven. Quarterback Sam Bradford is continuing to target multiple receivers and targeted ten in this game.
Tavon Austin posts another mediocre fantasy game
St. Louis Rams wide receiver Tavon Austin caught three passes for 32 yards in the Week 5 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. We bring you the fantasy implications here.

Fantasy impact: The Rams passing game isn't putting up big numbers and they can't seem to find a way to get Austin involved in any way. With Bradford spreading the ball around and limited targets to go around, the Rams wide receivers are going to remain a dicey fantasy play. The situation doesn't get any better as the Rams will travel to face the Houston Texans in Week 6. The Texans have one of the best passing defenses in the league.
