Jets receiver Santonio Holmes has been ruled inactive for Monday Night Football against the Atlanta Falcons. He was ruled out on Saturday due to a hamstring issue.
Santonio Holmes injury update: Inactive vs. Falcons, fantasy value takes a hit
Santonio Holmes has been officially ruled out for Monday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Just when it looked like Tone was getting hot, he misses a game after his injury in Week 4. The Jets could have really used him tonight against a Falcons team that figures to score a lot of points. Holmes was coming off a 154-yard game against the Bills in Week 3, then was hurt in Week 4 against the Titans.
The Jets are going to have most of their weapons ready to deploy. They get Chris Ivory and Mike Goodson back to help their backfield, plus they'll have Stephen Hill, Jeremy Kerley and Kellen Winslow as Geno Smith's favorite targets.
Fantasy impact: It’s a tough blow for Holmes owners, but his durability has always been an issue. The Jets get Pittsburgh next week, so it’s not a stretch to think that Holmes is going to want to suit up for that game. He should be considered questionable, though. As for the others, Hill and Kerley could put up numbers, but the Jets would love to get the ground game going to keep Matt Ryan and Co. off the field.
