Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Williams (hamstring) missed the team's practice on Wednesday, according to Buccaneers senior writer Scott Smith. In four games this season, Williams has 15 catches for 164 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Mike Williams to play Sunday, borderline fantasy option
The Buccaneers wide receiver was held out of practice on Wednesday despite coming off a bye week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: There’s no denying that Williams is a talented young receiver, and he’s done OK considering the dicey quarterback situation in Tampa Bay. He has still been able to find ways to produce even with former Pro Bowler Vincent Jackson alongside him.
That being said, the jury is still out on quarterback Mike Glennon, who became the team's default starter when the Buccaneers released Josh Freeman. When you add the fact that Williams' respectable fantasy numbers in Week 4 wouldn't have been nearly as good if not for the fact that he found the end zone, you've got to consider him a borderline secondary option in your receiving corps at this point.
The good news for fantasy owners is that the Buccaneers play an Eagles defense in Week 6 that gives up a lot of fantasy points. The fact that Williams did play through his hamstring injury in Week 4 and the team is coming off a bye means this will be a good week to test whether he can still play consistently with Glennon at quarterback.
