In six games this season, Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker has yet to put everything together into one great fantasy performance. His three-touchdown game featured only 149 passing yards. His two rushing touchdowns came in two games with a combined one passing score. His 300-plus-yard game added his first interception of the year. Sunday, he looks to have a big outing against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Jake Locker
After a poor fantasy day despite the team scoring 28 points a week ago, can the Titans quarterback improve his performance against the league’s worst team? We break down the fantasy implications.

Locker missed a pair of games in Weeks 5 and 6, against the league’s two best defenses. In the six games he has played, he is averaging right around 200 passing yards a game, and has eight touchdowns to go with three interceptions on the season. All three of his interceptions have come in the two games since his return from injury.
Fantasy impact: The Jaguars are the 12th-best team in the NFL in passing yards against, but that is largely because they have typically fallen behind in a hurry, and offenses turn to the rush late in games; Jacksonville is tied for second-worst in the NFL (behind the Dallas Cowboys) in terms of fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks, with 19.5 fantasy points a game.
Locker doesn't have a super play-making receiver on his offense, but Kendall Wright and Nate Washington are fine, and running back Chris Johnson also has a pair of receiving scores this season. With guys like Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers sidelined this week, Locker could easily return QB1 value.
