Jacksonville Jaguars second-year wide receiver Mike Brown has had two surprisingly big fantasy games in a row in the team's last two outings. Now, with star wide receiver Justin Blackmon lost for the rest of the season to suspension, Brown will look to keep up his decent production in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Mike Brown
With Justin Blackmon done for the year, can the Jaguars next man up rise to fantasy relevance? We break down the fantasy implications.

After one career catch and four career targets in a season-and-change, Brown caught four passes for 49 yards in Week 6 against the Denver Broncos. He followed that up with five catches for 120 yards in Week 7, then caught three for 43 and his first career touchdown in Week 8.
Fantasy impact: The timing of Blackmon’s suspension had to be a boon for Brown, as it came during the Jaguars’ bye week, giving him more time to get first-team reps in practice. With Cecil Shorts III battling a groin injury — though not one that is expected to keep him off the field — Brown could see increased targets going forward.
The flip side of that coin is that Sunday's opponent, the Titans, has allowed the fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers in the NFL so far this season. It's a good pass defense and a poor run defense, which might lead the Jaguars to lean more heavily on running back Maurice Jones-Drew in Sunday's game.
Brown is a lottery-ticket play, to be sure, but he has shown enough promise that he is a defensible flex play this week. A better bet is to give it a week to see if the Jaguars do make him the de facto Blackmon replacement, but in a desperate situation, Brown could provide value.
