On the year, Wright has only a lone touchdown -- scored in Week 2 against the Houston Texans -- but he leads the Titans in receiving yards with 502, good for 32nd in the NFL. Though his receptions have remained basically stasis from the first four games to the last four, it's Wright's yards-per-reception average that has really shot up as the season has progressed.
Fantasy impact: After starting the season in what appeared to be a three-way receiver competition with Nate Washington and Kenny Britt, Wright and Washington have set themselves clearly apart from Britt, and Wright has put himself ahead of Washington.
Sunday, the Titans take on the league’s whipping boy, the Jacksonville Jaguars. Wright stands to have good performance in such a game, and he could be a fine high-end WR3 play this week.
