Fantasy football projections, Week 10: Seahawks vs. Falcons featuring Marshawn Lynch, Matt Ryan and Steven Jackson

The Seattle Seahawks and Atlanta Falcons square off in Week 10, in a matchup that has a lot of question marks. The Falcons are struggling, but the Seahawks have been inconsistent on the road. We've got all the fantasy projections for you, courtesy of numberFire.

Running back Marshawn Lynch is playing better, and that only helps the chances of the Seahawks continuing to dominate the NFC. Lynch managed a season-high 125 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week, and although he hasn't found the end zone in the last two games, he will have a good chance to do so against the Falcons, who don't exactly pose the most intimidating defense in the league.

Lynch will no doubt need help from the likes of quarterback Russell Wilson and receiver Golden Tate in the passing game to open up room for him. There was talk this week that receiver Percy Harvin (hip) might actually be able to make his Seahawks debut against the Falcons, but that's not going to happen. Wilson has been able to find Tate more often of late, which makes Tate a decent fantasy play, particularly in deeper leagues, as the Falcons pass defense gives up plenty of points.

Quarterback Matt Ryan has struggled mightily in the team's last two games. As of right now, Ryan is on pace to throw a career-high 20 interceptions this season. His previous career high is just 14. He's thrown seven picks in the last two games and now gets to go up against a top Seahawks defense that features cornerback Richard Sherman. Most in the fantasy community won't blame Ryan outright for everything since he's gone the majority of the year without either one of his top two receiving targets in Roddy White and Julio Jones.

Luckily for Ryan, he will have at least some semblance of a running game against the Seahawks with Steven Jackson back from injury. Jackson is a better all-around back then the likes of Jason Snelling or Jacquizz Rodgers. He's as big as Snelling and can catch the ball just as well as Rodgers. However, Jackson has proven to be one of the more fragile running backs in the league and can get injured at a moment's notice, something that hampers his status on fantasy rosters. Hopefully he can find a way to penetrate the Seahawks defense, because the Falcons are going to need every ounce of production they can get from him.
