Fantasy football projections, Week 10: Eagles vs. Packers featuring Nick Foles, Riley Cooper and Jordy Nelson
We break down the Week 10 matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers.

Philadelphia Eagles
Not even the most forward-thinking fantasy owner in football history would have been able to predict that quarterback Nick Foles would've tied an NFL record against the Oakland Raiders in Week 9 by throwing seven touchdown passes. The performance has single-handedly caused some in the fantasy community to assume he's the starter going forward above teammate Michael Vick (hamstring), even though that's not necessarily the case yet.
However things end up, it's clear that Foles is the guy under center for now. Given how he performed last week, there is no doubt that wide receivers like Riley Cooper can only be helped in terms of their own individual fantasy value. Cooper in particular has been one of the hottest acquisitions on the waiver wire over the last week. He caught five passes, including three for touchdowns, against the Raiders and there's no doubt he'll be heavily targeted against the Packers.
Green Bay Packers
There is no question that almost any backup quarterback would be a downgrade to Aaron Rodgers (broken collarbone), and that's the unfortunate position that Seneca Wallace finds himself in. Rodgers is expected to sit out four to six weeks, leaving the Packers with a huge hole to fill and Wallace is the most capable quarterback to have on the roster. The team is looking at working out former Packer Matt Flynn, but given that he was unable to do anything with the Oakland Raiders this season and was recently cut by the Buffalo Bills, any fantasy performances from Packers wide receivers will rely on the arm of Wallace.
That doesn't bode well for fantasy owners of Jordy Nelson. Nelson was absolutely on fire with Aaron Rodgers throwing the ball against the Minnesota Vikings last week. He and James Jones are easily the best weapons the Packers have with Randall Cobb (broken leg) still at least a few weeks away from returning to the lineup. Nelson was still targeted nine times against the Chicago Bears last week, so if there is an encouraging sign it's that he's still the team's No. 1 receiver no matter who's throwing the ball.
