Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts is listed as probable to face the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. He missed Wednesday's practice with a groin injury and returned on Thursday.
Cecil Shorts injury update: Target monster should be ready to roll vs. Titans
Cecil Shorts is going to be the big fish in a little pond in Jacksonville. We break down the fantasy implications.

He’s been on the injury report for much of the season with a groin strain, but the top wideout didn’t miss any games, and not many snaps.
His plate is going to be pretty full this week with Justin Blackmon suspended for the rest of the season. Blackmon was suspended for the first four games of the season, and in that time, Shorts was leading the NFL in targets.
The Jaguars are really going to have to get their passing game going if they want to even have a chance. The Titans will be keying in on Maurice Jones-Drew, so there could be some major holes in the secondary.
Fantasy impact: The scores might not be there for Shorts, but the targets and receptions definitely should be. He and Mike Brown will be the main options, so Shorts will be the primary read on the majority of snaps.
