The Pittsburgh Steelers host the Buffalo Bills in a matchup that features two teams headed for an early off-season. The Steelers have a 2-6 record and have lost back-to-back games. On the other hand, the Bills have lost four of five games dating back to Week 5, when quarterback E.J Manuel went down with a sprained knee. The outcome between these two teams should come down to the running game.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Bills vs. Steelers
The Buffalo Bills take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in a matchup featuring two teams with less than impressive records. We break down the fantasy football start/sit options.

Buffalo Bills
Start: E.J. Manuel, Fred Jackson, C.J. Spiller
Deep Start: Robert Woods
Sit: Scott Chandler, Marquise Goodwin, Stevie Johnson
It remains to be seen how mobile rookie quarterback E.J. Manuel will be for the Bills in his first game back from injury. Although the Steelers are typically known for their defense, they did find themselves in a shootout against the New England Patriots last week. If Manuel can find his game early, he might be able to capitalize against a team that is slumping.
Though at first glance it may seem that sitting Stevie Johnson is a bad idea, he'll most likely be seeing a lot of Ryan Clark or Troy Polamalu in Week 10. Combine that with the fact that Manuel seems to favor throwing the ball to Robert Woods over Johnson, and it is probably a better bet to go with Woods as a sleeper.
With Johnson and Woods seeing the majority of the targets against the Steelers, Scott Chandler and Marquise Goodwin are worth leaving on the bench in this one.
Pittsburgh Steelers
Deep Start: Le'Veon Bell
Sit: Heath Miller, Emmanuel Sanders
The Steelers haven’t exactly been lighting it up offensively this season, but Big Ben did break out against the New England Patriots last week, throwing for 400 yards and four touchdowns in the game. Even though a lot of that has to do with the fact the Steelers were getting blown out in the contest, the Bills have been known to give up their share of fantasy points to wide receivers and quarterbacks.
That’s why Jerricho Cotchery makes for a decent option at receiver. He caught three touchdowns last week, and although he likely won’t have a five-star performance against the Bills, he will have the benefit of going up against a defense that has given up the second most points to wide outs this year.
Le'Veon Bell might be worth sitting out in this game despite playing well last week. Bell struggled in games against the Oakland Raiders and Baltimore Ravens earlier this season and the Bills aren't exactly running back friendly fantasy wise.
