Facing a porous Chicago Bears run defense, Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush took advantage Sunday, running for 105 yards on 14 carries. Bush led the Lions in yardage as they beat the Bears 21-19.
Reggie Bush gives Lions, fantasy owners 105 rushing yards
The Lions running back topped 100 all-purpose yards for the fifth time this season. We break down the fantasy implications.

Bush’s 105 rushing yards were his second-highest total of the season and, while his eight receiving yards were his lowest this year, the 113 combined yards make Sunday his fifth hundred-plus-yard game of the season. The running back averaged 7.5 yards per carry, also good for his second-highest total of the season.
Bush's backup/No. 2 running back, Joique Bell, contributed 41 rushing yards in the game.
Fantasy impact: Bush continued to provide one of the best returns on investment of any running back this season, as he was drafted in the fourth or fifth round at best in most leagues and has returned first-rounder value, even accoutning for the game he missed to injury. He’s a definite must-start going forward.
Bell, who was looking like a possible play after the season’s first few weeks, has faded since. Bush owners should hold on to Bell as a handcuff, but on his own he doesn’t offer a lot.
