Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell remained heavily involved in the game plan, and proved effective when it mattered.
Le’Veon Bell pads fantasy point totals with 96 yards and a touchdown vs. Bills
Bell continues to rack up the touches, yards and touchdowns for the Pittsburgh Steelers this season. We break down the fantasy implications.

As a whole, Bell was bottled up by an aggressive Bills front seven, totaling only 57 yards on 22 carries. However, his presence near the goal line was a valuable one, as the bruising power-back pummeled his way into the end zone for a 4-yard score in the third quarter to give the Steelers a 14-point lead. Bell also chipped in with three catches for 39 yards, including a 34-yard catch and run to bring his yardage total to 96 on the day.
Fantasy Spin: For a season that seemed doomed from the start for Bell’s fantasy owners due to a foot injury, the imposing rookie running back has more than saved face in the mid-point of the season. Bell has now totaled at least 93 yards in three out of his last four contests, and remains a candidate for a high-volume workload in the Steelers’ offense.
Going forward, Bell can be penned in as a reliable RB2 option, and presents RB1 upside versus a Detroit Lions defense that had given up 4.7 yards per carry entering Week 10. Versus a pass-happy Lions offense, the Steelers would be wise to counter it with sustained drives featuring Bell and the running game.
