The Saints offense set an NFL record on Sunday Night Football with 40 first downs as Brees went 34-of-41. On the year, Brees has thrown for 2,672 yards and 21 touchdowns while only throwing seven interceptions.

Fantasy impact: Brees is making fantasy owners positively giddy with his performance this year. Brees is second in the league in passing yardage only behind Peyton Manning. He is second in the league in passing touchdowns again only behind Peyton Manning. The Saints will face the San Francisco 49ers in Week 11. The 49ers are giving up the seventh least fantasy points to quarterbacks. Needless to say, that doesn't effect Brees' must start status.
