San Diego Chargers wide receivers Vincent Brown and Keenan Allen both struggled on Sunday against the Denver Broncos. Brown finished the game with three catches for 35 yards while Allen finished with four catches for 41 yards. Neither receiver had any touchdowns.
Keenan Allen, Vincent Brown have disappointing fantasy outings against Broncos
Both Keenan Allen and Vincent Brown had disappointing games against the Denver Broncos. We break down the fantasy implications.

It was a disappointing day, given that the Broncos have such a poor secondary. The game was expected to be a shootout, but it was only Peyton Manning and his receivers who put up the big numbers. Philip Rivers finished with just 218 yards and a touchdown passing, though he had no interceptions.
In the end, the Chargers just couldn't get anything done through the air. Even Antonio Gates had just four receptions for 62 yards. The lone receiving touchdown went to running back Danny Woodhead, who managed four receptions for 17 yards.
Fantasy Impact: Both Allen and Brown were expected to put up big numbers on Sunday. We recommended that they both be started, with Royal being the odd-man out. None of the three were particularly impressive and all-in-all, it feels like a missed opportunity more than anything. The San Diego passing attack is better than it looked on Sunday.
