Tony Gonzalez questionable for fantasy owners on Sunday
Atlanta Falcons tight end Tony Gonzalez is questionable for fantasy owners on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Gonzalez wasn’t available for the early portion of practice that was available to the media, so it stands to reason that he didn’t do a whole lot on the day. The one thing going in his favor is the fact that he can definitely play and be totally fine without practice time. He’s had that ability for pretty much his entire career, and practice is more about staying in shape than anything else for him these days.
Still, it's unclear if he'll be able to go. With Julio Jones out and Roddy White injured off and on, Gonzalez is the most dependable target for quarterback Matt Ryan, alongside Harry Douglas.
Fantasy Impact: Gonzalez has been effective this season, catching 47 passes for 505 yards with four touchdowns. Missing any time would be big for the Falcons and big for fantasy owners. It’s hard to even guess where his targets would go at this point, as the Falcons offense has been a mess this season. Gonzalez will do everything he can to play, however, and fantasy owners should wait and see if they don’t have a surefire backup option.
