Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 11: Ray Rice not the best option
Ray Rice is in the midst of a terrible season. We break down the fantasy implications.

Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice isn't the same guy. He’s just one year removed from being in the mix as fantasy football’s No. 1 pick in the 2012 draft season, but he’s taken a really bad turn for the worse this season.
Rice missed time back in Week 3 with a hip injury and he just hasn’t been able to get right over the course of the entire season. In fact, he has been over 3.0 yards per carry in a game just once since then, and that was against the Bills' woeful rush defense.
The 26-year-old back confessed that he’s been struggling to get over his hip injury and the overall production shows. As alluded to, he has a pathetic 2.5 yards per carry on the season to go with just three scores and 289 rushing yards in eight games. He’s only on pace to carry the ball 230 times time season.
The good news is that Rice an Co. are going up against the Bears on Sunday. The Bears have given up the 26th-most fantasy points to running backs so far this year and rank 27th in the NFL in points per game allowed.
Fantasy impact: It’s been a long time since Rice has turned a profit, so chances are you might have some better options to play. He should be viewed as more of a flex.
