Fantasy football projections, Week 11: Redskins vs. Eagles features Robert Griffin, Nick Foles and Lesean McCoy

The Week 11 contest between the Washington Redskins and the Philadelphia Eagles should keep the scoreboard operator busy. We've got all the fantasy projections for you courtesy of numberFire.

These days, the Redskins aren't exactly known for having a stout defense. That said, they have been playing better of late and staying in games. A big part of that can be attributed to their offense, which will only go as far as quarterback Robert Griffin can take them. Griffin should be in for a field day against the Eagles, who don't defend well against the pass.

That means receivers Pierre Garcon and Jordan Reed could be in for big fantasy numbers. Though most experienced fantasy owners knew coming into the season that Garcon was a number one option in Washington, few knew what to expect from Reed. The latter has become Griffin's new favorite target. He caught his second touchdown of the season against the Minnesota Vikings last week, and should be busy against the Eagles in Week 11.

Word came out earlier this week that quarterback Michael Vick fully expects coach Chip Kelly to relegate him to the role of backup for the rest of the season. Though that's not necessarily going to be made official in the immediate future, teammate Nick Foles has earned it. He's thrown 10 touchdown passes in the last two weeks. He has also taken care of the ball and has yet to throw an interception this season.

Foles' rise to fantasy football prominence this season has been to the benefit of wide receiver Riley Cooper, who has five touchdowns in the last two weeks. That said, the more things change the more they stay the same. Running back Lesean McCoy is still the engine that drives the Eagles. He leads the NFL in rushing this year and can still catch passes out of the backfield as well as any back in the game. He's the true definition of an elite fantasy rusher and will be all systems go against the Redskins.
