From practice squad to starting on the Green Bay Packers in the middle of a playoff race. Scott Tolzien has gained a lot of recognition in the football world. Should he be used in fantasy?

He is the third different starting quarterback for the Pack in three weeks and will have to get on the same page with his weapons quickly. He replaced Seneca Wallace last week and was very busy in a losing effort to the Philadelphia Eagles. Tolzien threw the ball a whopping 39 times, completing 24 of those for 280 yards with one score and two picks.
He gets another decent matchup against the Giants. Although, there is one major concern in this game: pass protection. If the Packers can't keep their quarterback upright, it's going to be a long afternoon.
Fantasy impact: If he was at home, it could be an interesting play for fantasy owners. Young quarterbacks just have a tough time making pre-snap reads on the road, so the Packers are likely going to just hand the ball to Eddie Lacy. You’d have to be very desperate to start Tolzien.
