It seems like just yesterday that Matt Ryan was making waves as the next fantasy superstar back in the beginning of the 2012 season. In his first four games last season, he threw for a combined 11 TDs to go with a passer rating of at least 101 in every game.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 11: Matt Ryan decent but not great start
What has happened to Matt Ryan? His fantasy owners may have lost faith and there aren’t many signs of improvement on the way.

It's been a horse of a different color this year. He has just 16 scores on the entire season and his all of his per-game numbers are down outside of completion percentage. The loss of Julio Jones has set the Falcons back big time and they no longer have much of a vertical passing threat outside of Harry Douglas. They've won just one game in their last seven outings and their offense hasn't scored more than 13 points in any of their last three.
On the positive side, they get the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this week. These two teams met on Oct. 20 and Ryan easily had his best game of the year with 273 passing yards, three scores and no picks in 20-of-26 passing.
Fantasy impact: This time the game is on the road and Ryan hasn't been the same player. The Buccaneers defense isn't too bad and their pass rush might be a problem for Ryan and the leaky offensive line. Fantasy owners might want to sit him in favor of a guy like Case Keenum or Nick Foles.
