The New Orleans Saints running back by platoon continued in Week 11 with Pierre Thomas leading the rushing game with 11 carries for 49 yards. The Saints halfbacks produced 90 yards rushing collectively and did not find the end zone. Thomas would add five receptions for 35 yards. After having an outstanding game against a porous Dallas defense, Mark Ingram rushed six times for 25 yards. Darren Sproles was essentially a non-factor with three rushes for 16 yards and four receptions for 19 yards. Strangely, it was the fullback Jed Collins that had the only rushing score with a 2-yard run.
Pierre Thomas leads fantasy parade for Saints running backs
New Orleans Saints running back had eleven carries for 49 yards and led all running backs in the Week 11 win over the San Francisco 49ers. We bring you the fantasy implications here.

Fantasy impact: The Saints are going to ride their passing game under Drew Brees though it is certainly possible one of the running backs would sprinkle in a great fantasy game but that is the tale of the Saints running backs as fantasy options right now. It's difficult to trust any of them as you get ready to head into fantasy playoffs though if you have Brees Sproles or Thomas aren't bad options considering their role in the passing game. The Saints will face that Atlanta Falcons in Week 12 who are giving up the 11th most fantasy points to running backs.
