Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew continued his season of struggles Sunday, tying his season-low in yardage in the team's 27-14 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Only a touchdown salvaged Jones-Drew's value.
Maurice Jones-Drew gives fantasy owners a score, but few yards
The Jaguars running back had an awful day that was disguised by his early touchdown. We break down the fantasy implications.

The running back had 23 rushing yards on 14 carries for a season-worst 1.6 yards per carry, though he did have a one-yard touchdown late in the first quarter. He added 12 receiving yards on four catches.
Fantasy impact: On the season, Jones-Drew now sits below 3.0 yards per carry, in what more and more is turning into another lost season for the former elite running back. He's still the team's only viable option, as Jordan Todman got the only other rushes the Jaguars attempted and only got nine yards on the two; whether it is Jones-Drew regressing or the team's offensive line just being that bad, it's hard to envision a scenario where it makes sense to start Jones-Drew going forward.
