Adrian Peterson shutdown by Seattle with subpar fantasy totals
The Vikings running back could barely find room to run against the Seahawks in Week 11. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Dud performances are what you get when you face one of the best defenses in the league and the defenders completely sell out to try to get you. That’s what happened to Peterson against the Seahawks on Sunday.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that Christian Ponder isn’t the most intimidating quarterback in the league. The Seahawks took full advantage of that fact and forced the Vikings to try to beat them through the air. The outcome was predictable.
Ponder was benched at the start of the fourth quarter and the Seahawks ran away with the game from that point on. Luckily for Peterson, they'll have a much easier matchup in Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers. They are not nearly as good as the Seahawks are at stopping the run.
