The Denver Broncos continue to have three very productive wide receivers thanks to prolific quarterback Peyton Manning. On Sunday, Eric Decker was third in receiving yardage against the AFC West rival Kansas City Chiefs, but he still had an impressive outing.
Eric Decker has solid day for Broncos, fantasy owners
Eric Decker had a solid day despite being third in receiving yardage Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Decker caught five passes for 71 yards, and was targeted six times. That's an average of 14.2 yards per reception. He trailed Wes Welker, who had eight receptions for 72 yards, and Demaryius Thomas, who caught five passes of his own for 121 yards. In all, Manning threw for 323 yards and a touchdown, which was probably a down day for him given how this season has progressed.
Many thought Decker could be eventually phased out as Thomas and Welker hit their stride, but he’s hanging in there well, and still has more yards than Welker on the season. Decker is officially a known commodity and a proven threat, with 54 receptions for 792 yards and three touchdowns on the season.
Fantasy Impact: Decker didn’t find the end zone on Sunday, which has been a problem for him this season. On a team in which Thomas, Welker and tight end Julius Thomas have nine, nine and 10 touchdowns respectively, Decker is the odd-man out with only three touchdown grabs. He remains a productive WR2 or WR3 based on his yardage totals and ceiling, regardless.
